Cancellation Policy
Cancellations less than 48 hours before a scheduled appointment will result in a $75 late cancellation fee.
Refund Policy
To receive a full refund you must cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If the appointment was rescheduled or cancelled beyond your control (i.e. bad weather) then the $75 cancellation fee is waived. Must provide documentation.

Helping Hands Nursing Concierge ("HHNC") is committed to adhering to HIPPA regulations maintaining client confidentiality. Disclosure of information on a need to know basis and secure communication methods with client permission.
An Overview of HIPAA
The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) is a federal law enacted in 1996 that provides data privacy and security provisions for safeguarding medical information in the United States. HIPAA is designed to protect the privacy of patients' health information and to establish national standards for the electronic exchange, privacy, and security of health-related information. It applies to covered entities, including health plans, health care clearinghouses, and certain health care providers, as well as to business associates of these entities that have access to protected health information (PHI).
Your health and privacy are important to us, so at "HHNC" we do our best to ensure we are HIPAA compliant and your sensitive information is protected by following the three HIPAA golden rules 1) Privacy 2) Security and Breach Rules:
1) "Privacy Rule" - HHNC establishes standards for the protection of individuals' medical records and other personal health information
2) "Security Rule" - HHNC specifies a series of administrative, physical, and technical safeguards for covered entities to use to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and security of electronic protected health information (e-PHI).
3) "Breach Notification Rule" - If some reason your information is breached we will notify you immediately following a breach of unsecured PHI.
